Welcome to Stay Inn Rooms. By booking or staying at our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• A valid Government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests during check-in.
• Check-in Time: 11:00 AM
• Check-out Time: 10:30 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone violating hotel policies.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
• Outside visitors must follow the hotel's visitor policy.
• Illegal activities, excessive noise, or behavior disturbing other guests are strictly prohibited.
• The management reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation is available up to 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled check-in date.
• Eligible cancellations made at least 3 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only for bookings eligible under our Cancellation Policy.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• No refund will be provided for early departures, no-shows, or unused services unless approved by management.

Child Policy

• Children below 5 years of age may stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
• Extra beds or mattresses are subject to availability and additional charges.
• Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of children during their stay.

Pet Policy

• Pets are allowed only with prior approval from hotel management.
• A pet accommodation fee will be charged per pet.
• Pet owners are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and controlling their pets at all times.
• Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse pets that may disturb other guests.

Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all guest rooms and indoor public areas.
• Guests found smoking in non-smoking areas may be charged a cleaning or damage fee.
• Please use only designated smoking areas, if available.

Visitor Policy

• Visitors must register at the reception before entering guest rooms.
• Visitors may be required to present a valid Government-issued photo ID.
• Visitors are permitted only during approved visiting hours or as allowed by hotel management.
• Overnight stay of unregistered visitors is not permitted.
• The hotel reserves the right to deny entry to visitors for security or operational reasons.
